Heute fand auf dem Vereinsgelände des Moerser TV ein Läufertag statt, der von vielen Vereinen aus der näheren Umgebung genutzt wurde. Erfreulicherweise waren ziemlich viele Helfer anwesend, so dass ich jede Menge Photos machen konnte.
Wie immer können einzelne Photos auch in einer Auflösung von 1600×1200 zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

I read in the newspaper that 30% of Germans under 30 years old think that the US government may have been behind the September 11 attacks. I also know the views of most of Europe toward the Iraq war was very negative. And I agree a little with them. I am just looking for a nice vacation and I don’t want to be shocked to find that no one will like me in Germany. …, dass ich einen Mac habe :-) Jedenfall weiss es die Musikindustrie nicht und dort ganz besonders nicht jrecords und/oder BMG. Habe mir nämlich heute endlich die nebenstehende CD von Alicia Keys gekauft, auf der mal wieder ganz bedrohlich steht, dass sie kopiergeschützt ist. Funktioniert wahrscheinlich nur wieder mit Windows-PCs, so lässt es jedenfalls die beiliegende Windows-Software vermuten.
Mittlerweile sind die beiden CDs gerippt und freuen sich auf ihren Einsatz im iPod. Ach wie gut, dass niemand weiss…

Am Samstag fand in Moers eine Demonstration von Rechtsradikalen statt. Bei der NRZ findet man einen recht interessanten Bericht dazu: Der Spuk war schnell vorbei.
„Insgesamt 609 Polizeibeamte aus mehreren Städten des Landes waren im Einsatz und hatten die Aufgabe, gerade mal 80 Neonazis von etwa 150 Gegendemonstranten fernzuhalten.“ Die Quote von Gut/Böse war ja nicht schlecht, aber nur 150 Gegendemonstranten sind ja doch nicht so viele… Ich weiss nicht, wie hoch das hier in der, von mir nicht gelesenen Lokalpresse, vorher gepuscht wurde, aber ich habe von der Demonstration nur erfahren, weil eine Videothek darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatte, dass sie zwischen 14:00 und 18:00 geschlossen hätten.
Ansonsten hätte ich garnichts davon mitbekommen. Soll ich mir darüber jetzt Gedanken machen, oder ist es OK, dass die Braunen nichtmal von den Gegendemonstranten richtg ernst genommen wurden?
